“Very good strong handling, just like a real puck on fake ice or off. Even though it is a little more expensive it’s definitely worth it!”

“Great customer service regarding answering my queries before buying & after via emails on sizing, recommendation & general info using my prevoius instore foot measurement details (which i highly recommend doing). Fast delivery of my new Bauer supreme S29 hockey boots, which look great, just now waiting for the store too open, so i can take advantage of the great free offer of baking & sharpening "when purchasing new skates"......can't wait too get on the ice too test them out.”

“Brilliant online service (during lock down which is a very stressful time for everyone ) couldn’t have been more helpful.. Answered all my emails and questions quickly so so helpful. This was the first pair of skates I have brought and was unsure about sizing and how they should feel .. they step by step guided me Until I had the perfect fit .. I needed to re order a smaller size as Originally asked for the wrong size but again so helpful . .. delivered time great And will definitely order form here in the future.. Absolutely love my new skates .. Thank you”

“I am a shopper from the United States, and this was the perfect experience all around. I contacted customer service to inquire about international shipping during Covid, and was met not only with an immediate response, but good news! I found the only skates that I wanted in my size from across the pond, and the PuckStop staff verified the availability. I had been searching for weeks because many of the U. S. companies were advertising products that were out of stock. I reiterate... I am not local, but I would be from PuckStop again in a heartbeat.”
