“Every time I order something it arrives on time. If there is a problem, someone emails me and it gets sorted. I can call up for advise and most of the time the call is answered by someone who has hockey product knowledge and can help me with my normally silly questions. If you don't stock it you tell me when you will, or order it in. I have ordered elsewhere in the past. HockeyMonkey - lost a stick in the post, Ice locker never sent my pads and I have been unable to get anyone to refund me even after visiting the shop as it is "Their online side that deals with it" I have learnt my lesson, I wont be shopping anywhere else again.”

“In a country where Ice Hockey equipment is very hard to find (especially in the South) Puck Stop have been a life saver. I’m from Canada but live in London and have ordered a lot of Ice Hockey equipment from Puck Stop. Being so far away from Sheffield has meant I’ve had to call them in order to get advice on sizing and brands, which is never ideal but I was in very safe hands. They are very helpful and understanding and have always been very helpful. If they don’t have certain items I’ve ordered in stock they will always suggest good alternative options at a similar price which is also helpful. I will continue to use Puck Stop for all my hockey equipment whilst in the UK.”
