“Excellent customer service. They noticed I'd ordered an item which was a size that didn't go with the rest of the order. They contacted me and the order was changed before it was dispatched, so everything was perfect when it arrived, saving me the trouble of returns and re-orders. Friendly, helpfull and great quality.”

“Excellent skates, would recommend the company and the product. One small thing to be aware of is delivery charges. I do have an IV postcode but I am in no way in the Highlands or Islands (I’m in Moray). Most companies have stopped charging extra for postage as Elgin is very much on the mainland. I was just disappointed at paying £10 for delivery when it would have been free otherwise. But thanks for a swift delivery and great skates.”
