“Ordered ice skates, I forgot to put some details in order. I got contacted by support to fill them in and they even asked what kind of sharpening I would like. As soon as it was sorted boom 20 minutes later got confirmation that delivery company has it. Amazing experience.”

“The item i wanted was out of stock, i emailed to ask when they would be getting more in, thry said it would be upto 3 weeks and they would email back when it was back in stock - true enough, 2 weeks later an email to say they had got them and did i still want it, placed the order and had it next day, Great stuff :-)”
