“Was told the skates I ordered could take 2-3 weeks to arrive from a European distributor, but they pushed it through as a priority order to get them in within a week. Fantastic shop; the store has a wide variety of items and the customer experience is brilliant. Whenever I go into the shop, the staff are always very helpful and will take time to make sure your experience is near perfect. Whenever I order online, the products always arrive quickly and the communication of the progress of the order and any delays is outstanding. Can't recommend them enough.”

“I have found with a lot of equipment suppliers that they have no clue about the game and intern just sell you what they have available. Puck stop do not work this way. I even made an error on my order and instead of just sending it they Called me to check. I wanted a certain brand and they delivered. Very amicable over the phone and I can not thank them enough. Great service, great team and thank you to you all.”
