“Unbelievable service from the team. I purchased a hockey stick week before Christmas and due to no fault of Puckstop but DHL my parcel was non delivered on 2 occasions. Starting to panic for Christmas as it was on my 4 year old Santa list anyway parcel was damaged upon collecting at depot. As I’m based in ireland 2 days before Christmas I contacted the team and they sent another straight out on different courier, delivered on Christmas Eve and scared to look at it I waited till my son opened it and there it was in perfect condition. Thank you so much team I honestly can’t thank you enough for saving Christmas and for me you deserve total respect and recognition of a great service. Thank you guys”
