Refund - Difficult

Yesterday we went to the Store in the little Mall in Puerto d Santa Maria Cadiz! It was horrible ! The store was empty and we were given the get the hell out treatment and racial bust (we spoke English!) they even called the Security on us! We found a few minor pieces and paid. When we left the Store and checked the Receipt we found out that they had overcharged us by charging us double for some Items (We have the Receipt and refund on Card as Evidence!)We went back and confronted the Staff (very unfriendly ) with the Facts! We got the Refund and I must say: Avoid their Stores like the Plague!

Emailed with photos asking for partial refund and mentioned rubbish service in store just got automated email back, telling me to return to store, no mention of customer service in store.

Please DoNot order from PULL&BEAR. They are a horrible company. 1) They sent me the wrong color 2) I called and waited to get return label. I then sent return package. Now I have been waiting for my refund since February 2/6/2022. Today is 4/20 I called and they are telling me I need to wait for another 30-45days for refund. They blamed on the warehouse process, but at the end no help.

Now trying to get a refund !! Most online shops are now very reliable, but this has really been a complete scam.

I emailed pull and bear and asked to be compensated the fuel for the embarrassment and inconvenience, I only expected £5 refund etc.

Awful experience. Items didnt arrive and they refuse to give a refund. Will avoid from now on.

he worst webstore ever, Bough a jumper at PULL&BEAR webstore on Aug 2021 - stained everywhere!! They refused a return unless I sent pictures - 4 in total - then apparently they needed more (fobbing me off) Eventually returned but guess what did nto issue refund despite tracking They promise my money back no longer than 15 days, but until now my money has not been returned.

If a parcel gets lost, the customer normally gets the money refund or the product gets resend.
