Good afternoon, I hope you can assist me in my query. My son purchased a wooly hat from Pullandbear strore in Saudia Arabia whilst on holiday just last week which he absolutely loved to wear. However, since it has been washed for the first time according to the washing instructions, the quality of the hat has become very very bad, to the point where it can not be worn anymore as the wool has just loosened. Now that my son is back in UK please would you advise what can be done about it and if it is possible for you to replace it as my son is extremely upset it has become defective.
