Bad quality clothing, appalling returns service caused partly by them making you use Evri (haven't even tried to deliver my return parcel to PUMA 12 days and counting) and partly by their shocking customer service staff who promise a refund then send an email telling you to wait longer then insist your have to complete a complex online form, all of which is designed to avoid refunding you. Avoid avoid avoid!

Which will almost be 4 weeks! After 9 days they will contact FedEx🤬 Another package that never left California was supposed to be canceled and refunded but they shipped it even after l canceled it.

I’ve been waiting for my order since early November! PUMA agreed to refund me, then changed their minds. My package got sent back to them so we shall see if this ever gets resolved... I enjoyed shopping with PUMA until this experience.

I placed and order on PUMA.com on December 20 with the assumption of guaranteed delivery by Christmas because it was offered only to not have any movement once I got confirmation that it shipped after 3 days I did a chat with an agent online who the assured me I will have it by Christmas only to finally see movement the day after I called and it says an after Christmas delivery date for me to contact them again via chat and then to to tell me there is nothing the can do and for me to ask to speak to a supervisor and her to also tell me there is nothing she can do I work in a distribution center and I know for a fact the could stop the package in transit and they keep assisting they can’t I asked for a refund they told me I would have to receive the items and return them so here it is a new year and I still don’t have my initial Christmas gift for my fiancé only to receive an alert I will not receive it til 01/09/2020 remind you the order was place on 12/20/2019 I’m so dissatisfied with their service I told everyone I know not to ever purchase anything else from them!! If I ever receive the package I will be returning it for a full refund this is very distasteful!!! They offered me free expedited shipping on my next order why would I purchase anything else from you all after you ruined my Christmas!!! I still don’t have my items
