“Lengthy delivery times, unreasonable fees within Canada. I paid $15 for their only courier option on their website, took over 8 days to attempt delivery once, when I wasn’t home and am now told I need to go an hour outside Vancouver, to Surrey BC to pick up the shipment myself. Pump’s customer service is awful and they do nothing to help or take any accountability for shipping delays and using a less than mediocre courier.”
