“The Iberico ham I bought was so tough I couldn't eat it very disappointing.”

“The service was first class however I was disappointed with the casserole dish. The main dish although lighter than expected was of good quality but the handles must have been fitted by a child. The top handle was rough to touch and well off centre. The tiny side handles have very sharp edges and are of very poor quality. I would have returned the dish but the cost of return postage put me off. I will keep it as a backup and buy a nice heavy standard one.”

“I still have not received my refund for sending back my leaking perfume a couple of months ago or more. I should have kept the perfume instead of sending it back to you and paying myself !!”
