“This burgeoning company, under the helm of Dr. Ben Thompson, a fully qualified audiologist, has some growing pains which is not unusual. For example, I was charged erroneously for a FREE coaching session which I still have not seen removed. Also, the "team" used is not kept enough in the loop because anytime you ask a question, the response is they have to consult with Dr. Thompson. I realize the company is in process to hire another audiologist which fact Dr. Thompson has kept us apprised of. After extensive research for my tinnitus (career journalist in NYC, now retired), I have full confidence that the company, as it grows will evolve into one of the top enterprises on the internet. Dr. Thompson is a hands on executive. somewhat formulaic in his one on one coaching delivery, with an eye on the clock. If you're looking for bedside manner, this is not the place. If you're seeking excellent information, knowledgeable guests, you have found it. Each person is different. Some require more hand holding, others not. My suggestion would be to provide some kind of support system where people who are in crisis would have IMMEDIATE access as in a hotline of some sort. I commend Dr. Thompson in his seeking of additional input from a Focus Group, many who are successful business executives (male and female) comprise part of the monthly coaching group. This company shall be a success and I am gratified to have found Pure Tinnitus.com and shall support the effort in whatever way I can. While I realize we all have to pay our bills, a careful review of company pricing per offerings is recommended.”
