“Had awful shopping experience. Customer service so poor. Rang 3 times before I spoke to someone who took my case seriously - the other 2 customer care agents need sacking! Goods were never dispatched and they could not tell me why. Still waiting for my refund to hit my bank account -Customer service never used to be poor and I spent loads with them. I will not be shopping with Pure again.”
“Nothing Pure about the returns policy of Pure Collection. Photograph EVERYTHING in the box as telling lies seems to be Charlie from Pure Collections forte. They steal items from refund boxes and then refuse to refund. I spent close to £2000 with them and they STILL did the refund stealing prank. Apparently it is common practice for Pure Collection to steal returned stock n deny refunds”
