“Quadency has taken my money, and refuses to cancel my account. I am in the US, and they have "no trading available in my area". The only option to withdraw funds is USDC, but I can't sell the bitcoin that I transferred in to USDC because of the trading restriction. I asked for an account termination per their TOS, and have been ignored for a week. The prior two weeks were "I have forwarded the issue to the devs", why a developer needs to be involved to cancel an account is beyond me.
Do not use them, it is a scam, and you will lose your money. 2/6/24”
