“I have mixed feelings about Quality Bathrooms. The actual bathroom products were good quality for the price, and I can’t fault the items themselves. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner, Jamie, completely overshadowed that. I found him rude, dismissive and quite intimidating. As a woman dealing with the issue on my own, I genuinely felt he spoke down to me rather than treating me with the same respect he would any other customer. After a problem with my worktop, I was told by another member of staff, Mark, that a replacement would be provided as a goodwill gesture. However, when I later spoke to Jamie, instead of dealing with the issue professionally, he demanded that I come into the showroom and repeat “to his face” in front of him and his employee that Mark had made that offer. I found this completely unnecessary, confrontational and unprofessional. Customer service is just as important as the products you sell, especially when problems arise. While the quality of the bathroom itself was good for the money, I wouldn’t choose to deal with the owner again because of the way I was treated, nor would I recommend them for the same reason. My colleagues that overheard the way Jamie spoke to me on the phone were shocked, particularly when I said I’d just pay for the replacement to be told he wasn’t willing to help me and then put the phone down on me. Just rude and unprofessional.”

“I had my en-suite redesigned by Jamie recently. He came up with a design which was outside the box! I am extremely happy with it. Jamie was great to work with throughout the process. The fitter Tony was exceptional in his workmanship. I would thoroughly recommend this company.”

“Very poor service from this company . Holes put in landing wall , kitchen ceiling, damage to laminate floor in hallway, live central heating pipe work cut into causing water damage to our home . Poor quality finish to the bathroom, tiles not lining up, poor cuts to tiles within a few month tiles were loose as they were not finished correctly, walk in shower tray not finished properly which caused more water damage. No response to letters , emails over 6 months led me to use small claims court , eventually settled out of court, we ended up having to have the shower tray and floor tiles re fitted by a different company who did a professional job.”

“Just had a bathroom and en-suite totally transformed by Quality Bathrooms. The advice and help Jamie gave was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and creative and gave us ideas we hadn't thought of. Tony and John, the fitters where great too. They are very friendly and chatty and involved us in all the simple and small decisions that have had the over all rooms look amazing. The whole experience has been fantastic and cannot recommend Quality bathrooms highly enough. 5 Stars isn't enough”

“We recently had our bathroom completely changed. Jamie and his staff were very helpful. My husband and I had our old shower cubicle and the bath taken out and we went for a large walk in shower, a new toilet, sink, fitted furniture and new floor and wall tiles. Our new bathroom is stunning we are very pleased with the results. Our fitters, Tony and John did a superb job.”
