“In these hard times for so many with it being so hard to get back into work as a Brit while we remain in the EU, a friend in need is surely "a friend indeed". That is precisely what I found after contacting Quality Insolvency Services Ltd in Preston without having to leave my home in southern England. I found QIS staff to be extremely efficient, helpful and understanding both in advising me of my possible options in addressing my insolvency situation realistically and legally and in clearing up my confusions and not making any expensive mistakes. Communication proved to be unexpectedly swift and very simple for me without any need to use Royal Mail or leave my home to sort anything out. So after my reviewing the various options during my phone interview, their expert explained to me so clearly I decided, of my own free will and accord that rather than applying for another loan to pay off my credit card debts, nor going bankrupt, nor applying for debt management, in my specific situation applying for an IVA was best option for me. After I had made my decision they also did all the tedious work for me in communicating my financial documentation fully to the Insolvency Practitioner and saving me a lot of money to set up my IVA virtually hassle free and with minimal stress.”

“josh spoke to me and showed me plenty of options I could take I was very worried about doing this but josh helped me to chose and I am glad he did after a lot of sleepless nights I now feel I can move on ,I felt at ease after I had spoken to him I then new there was a light at the end of the tunnel .and when nick rang me the day after I then new, things were going to change for the better, don't wait until things get bad that you cannot cope with your debt problems quality insolvency services ltd are there to helpyou and you wont regret it I promise I am glad I did it thankyou lads for everything carol.”

“I felt at times that my mental state was not considered. One night Casey Brannon kept going on about what she wanted to achieve with no consideration that I was starting to get stressed. I had to end the call that night before I said something I would later regret. There were also times when I had to remind Casey what I had already sent.”

“Excellent service Had Nick dealing with my case the whole way through so no repeated conversations with different people. Kept me upto date through the whole processes, Nick was very helpful and polite would highly recommend qis. Has definitely took a whole lot of weight off my shoulders.”

“I can't thank Darryl enough for his time patience and help. He explained all my options and when l decided what l wanted to do he went out of his time and way to make this possible for me. I can't explain how l felt afterwards when l was on the road to sorting out all my financial affairs, it felt like a great weight had been lifted and l could breath again . “Really really helpful, Asif was brilliant. Defo knew his stuff. Been on dmp for 6 years and he sorted out an Iva which means debt free in 5 years. Got loads of calls, making sure I understood everything and kept me in the loop about every stage. Really helpful and definitively non judgmental. Thank you so much Asif”

“Dealt with Asif from start to finish and he as very efficient and clear in every thing i asked him. He told me my options and made it clear so i could make a decision quick, The confidence and assurance he gave me that you could help calm me down and for once i felt a huge weight of my shoulders.
