“I filled in the online help questionnaire and the following morning received a phone call and a suitable time and date was arranged. They rang me on the allocated time. Talked me through all the options and then helped me make right choice. They they forwarded to the the relevant people who within few hours had rang me back and within 20 mins i was relieved and reasurred that they will now take all my debts and sort it for me. Thankyou”

“Well I first want to say a massive thank you to Haydn and QIS. My debts were getting out of control and then I learnt my hours were to be cut in next few months. I really wasn't too sure what I was going to do. QIS rang me after I looked on line to see if I could qualify. The call was so helpful and really put everything into perspective, but also showed me just how bad things were. I was quite embarrassed but they made me feel comfortable and able to talk about it freely. Wish I had done this sooner instead of getting further and further into debt. If anyone thinking of doing this then this is the company to go for. Totally awesome.”

“Can't have asked for anything more simple and satisfying! I wish I had the courage to talk to these guys a lot sooner, spoke to 2 people called Darren an Chris who plain an simply told me that same day my life will get better, fantastic encouragement I can't thank them enough an I will recommend this to anyone who is struggling with debts as now I can actually move on knowing I'm stress free an no more hassle, thanks again”

“When I phoned Quality Insolvency Services I was at rock bottom and I didn't see anyway way out of this situation, I spoke to lady called Julie and she was really helpful and polite and she listened to what I had to say, I didn't feel juged for the situation I was in and it has gave me some control back with my money. Within 2 days of being in contact with Julie things have been sorted out and I feel a weight had been lifted off my shoulders! I just want to say a big thank you to Julie and the team”

“Casey has been extremely efficient, kind and helpful. She was very patient and took a lot of time to make sure that she had all of my information and helped me put it all together without judging me for the massive amount of debt I am in. “One day this week I had 2 bailiffs at my door demanding payment which me bieng a single mum was impossible for me to pay.i also had allot of other debts that added up to over 7000. On this evening I was considering applying for bankruptcy and sent over an enquiry. Less than 24 hours later the team got in touch and within hours came up with a solution for me and my family. 24 hours later everything was put in place and for the 1st time in 5 years I have a date I will be debt free. I'm sending a big thank you to asif and his team. They literally saved my life. Please, if anybody is in debt do contact these people.. They brang me back from contemplating suicide. If it worked for me I'm sure it can work for you. Thanks asif, mark and Paul”

“Woke up this morning to another debt collector from a fair few's years ago at the time of these debts I had a good job and was able to make payments but things changed and I found myself sinking in debt so decided to bury head in sand . But today I made a call and so glad I made this move . I have been dealing with a wonderful man called Chris Brown he did not judge me and was extremely understanding to my situation I can now see a way forward to manage these debts and stop calls letters and people at my door . Chris has already been on the phone collecting figures from my debtors within the first minute I ended the first call between ourselves . I wish I had made the choice years back. Just want to thank Chris for everything he has done today all very professional but I felt like I was talking to a friend by the end. So thank you for taking a huge wight off my shoulders with your advice and information and showing me the way to take control of my finances one more”

I've not only been guided, fabulously through all the detailed, financial aspects,the sincerity,and willingness to find the best outcome for me,was at times,very overwhelming.
