“I hid from my debt for years, robbing Peter to pay Paul, until, as it always does, my debt and creditors had had enough and I had no alternative other than deal with my financial mess. One Web search and one phone call later, I had a positive solution, a solution that still allowed me to live, the member of staff I talked to, understood, did not judge and offered a number of solutions for me to decide, I am writing this now, less than 24 hrs after that first Web search, a weight has lifted, I just wish I had took control earlier. Will.”

“Les Russell proves that not all angels are in Heaven. In my darkest hours he rescued me from despair and gave me back my life. “i contacted QIS in a terrible state due to money worries which were beyond my control & from the 1st person i spoke to (his name was Asif) right up until i spoke to the last person (his name was Chris) i was put immediately at ease, their understanding, patience, humour & simply explained advice all made me feel that there was a way out of my problems - without robbing a bank!! lol It was the 1st time in quite a while i actually felt a weight being lifted off me - so i thank you guys for getting me back on track! Keep up the great work ????????????”

“Brilliant . I was unsure of contacting anyone regarding my debts , I was embarrassed , nervous and unsure and id let things go so I wasn't sure of what my actual financial situation was , but I rang . Best thing I ever did . Les and the team made me feel comfortable , they were reassuring , honest and practical . They went through everything and weren't judgemental ,( which I was afraid of ) , they actually worked really hard ( which I was surprised at ) to help me. And honestly that's the truth. Their solutions couldn't help me as my debt was quite low but he told me what to do first . Because of speaking to him and the assistance, support and guidance he gave me I have now started to sort things out , I know this sounds a bit cheesy but they really were brilliant . Thank you .”
