Purchased three bulk bags top soil, delivered only two bags
and had to laid turf on the same day. Driver knew that one bag is missing but wasn't sure where it is. Tried to contact and sent an email but received no response.
Following day third bad was delivered but was refused by me, was too late for me because turf was already down.
Now QUALITY GARDEN SUPPLIES ignoring my emails for refund of third topsoil bag.

3 out of 22 rolls were unusable had they had been cut too thin and had holes in and bits missing - this was obvious just looking the roll before unrolling it.Customer services are very hard to get hold off and many of my calls were cut off before being put through to someone.
They were helpful when I got through, but I'm still waiting for my promised refund two weeks after being told it had been processed.

Terrible company. They did not deliver my soil for next day delivery. I am still waiting for a refund of my money 5 days later. Stay well away. Off to small claims court soon!
