“I have never seen Quantum. An appointment was made for 2.30pm but I received a telephone call saying they would be delayed until after 4.30pm by which time I would have been out. They said they would call to reschedule but this never happened.”

I'm really sorry to hear this. Please accept our apologies. Because we never rush jobs we do sometimes incur un-foreseen delays throughout the day and so give approximate times of our arrival. You should however have received another call from us to reschedule or you could have contacted us and we would have rescheduled to a time that suits you. Kind regards. Q
