Not good. Very expensive lender and took 24 hours to process the funds. Also my payment went in one day late as I forgot to amend my debit card details and I was charged £15. when I complained they agreed to remove it as 'goodwill', but I had already paid and they wouldn't refund it. Also they sometimes ask for bank statements and then give no clue as to how to upload them. Better ones out there.

Irresponsible lender, stay well away! They rejected my complaint about providing unaffordable loans. The adjudicator at FOS ruled in my favour and asked QuickQuid to refund all interest and charges. They have not responded to the adjudicator yet, playing their delaying tactics and games. Their customer service is a joke... My next complaint will be sent to the FCA. Please DO NOT USE this company!

After over 2 years and going to the financial ombudsman, i have had to accept there part offer due to not being able to wait any longer. Received a email enovahelp.zendesk.com from Erin on Tuesday asking for bank details sent new details and have asked for confirmation of receipt of said email and they don't even have the courtesy to reply. I imagine i am in for a long wait to see my refund.

Terrible service wouldn't recommend been waiting for my refund for over a week know and keep getting told the same thing that's its been accepted and its going in my account but doesn't end up going in

I had an irresponsible lending claim which you rejected its with the FOS now and they have all my bank statements showing IVA advice and you still lent to me very poor service praying on the poor and needy I am waiting for the FOS to confirm they are in touch with you for a refund

Emailed them 3 days before payment date asking for an extension due to not being able to pay full amount. Due they didn't email me back. So they took full amount out of bank. Now I can't pay my rent due to this. I been on phone 5 times this week and they finally gave me a refund/repayment however I have been waiting for this to go into the bank. But it's now been 2 days and still no funds in my account.

The worst payday loan company ever, DO NOT USE. I was supposed to pay them £1004 in one month and they charged me £1290, I called to ask why and they agent said he wasn't sure why they charged extra but wasn't able to refund it! I spoke to a manger who has no clue what she was doing and basically told me there aloud to add interest even though I didn't go into arrears or pay late. I'll be taking to financial ombudsman

50 and they took they payment twice! When my daughter rang them they said the refund would be made in 7 days! They said a quicker way to get the money would be to take out another loan and repay it when the refund is made!! Absolute joke!! The reason I paid the loan off in the 1st place was because if the extortionate rates on a loan my daughter stupidly took out without my knowing.

You took payments twice had to ring up to get the money refunded and then when you had returned the over payment it came back on the account as a new loan took 3 telephone calls for you to admit I had payed the loan off early had to close the account as the information on my log out page was constantly wrong and I was worried you would take further money from my account which was clearly not owing. Terrible never use you again
