I've ordered a replacement bag for my 10 X 20 pop-up tent, the order arrived but unfortunately, it was the wrong size. I contacted customer service I was informed they were out of stock for those bags and the money was refunded to me. Great customer service, I would totally order from them again and hope they will have the items I need.

The service was fine with Quictent, shipping was normal etc. The tent (a 13 x 13) is pretty flimsy though, I didn't think I was getting a super heavy duty tent, but did expect some sturdiness to it. The customer service with Quicent promptly helped me out with the issue.

I have loved my Quictent and their customer service is UNMATCHED. My carrying bag that came with the tent started to get some rips and tears etc after some use and they were kind enough to send me a brand new carrying case free of charge! I will definitely recommend them to all my friends etc in the future and will buy from them again! (Although my tent is doing well so I shouldn't have to anytime soon!)

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE! Through no fault of Quictent, we had an issue with the delivery of our product. Even though FedEX mishandled the delivery, Quictent was quick to rectify the issue. Incredible, prompt, and professional customer service....A+++++++ I would not hesitate to order anything from this company.
