They said “global community” and I thought it was just promo talk. Then I met someone from Iceland, someone from South Africa, someone from Chile, and we built a podcast together. It is a global community. And I still talk to them every week.

My daughter studied business and came home pitching ideas at dinner like a mini CEO. The hands-on sessions weren’t just informative, they were empowering.

If you’re wondering if it’s worth it: it is. From the moment you walk into those historic buildings, you feel it, this is something special. It’s not a camp. It’s not a course. It’s something bigger. And it’s for you

We were amazed at the range of subjects offered. Our daughter explored journalism and philosophy, two things she’d never have tried at home, and loved them both.

Never thought summer school could be this inspiring

It wasn’t just about what they learned, it was how they learned it. Discussion-based, project-driven, globally relevant. Honestly, more engaging than most undergrad courses I’ve seen.

Airport drop-off was emotional, but the smile on our son’s face when we picked him up said it all. He told us, “I feel more like myself now.” We didn’t expect that.

I grew more in six weeks than an entire year.

My son has food allergies and I was quite nervous. The team not only accommodated everything, they checked in regularly and made sure he felt safe and included. That level of care goes beyond expectation.

We were honestly nervous about sending our daughter abroad without us. She’s independent, sure, but it’s different when it’s your child in another country. Quintus Scholars blew us away. The communication was consistent, the staff incredibly professional, and our daughter never once felt unsafe or unsupported. She came back glowing, and we slept well knowing she was in the best hands.

What surprised us most wasn’t just the content, it was the way they delivered it. My son actually said, “It didn’t feel like school, it felt like being in a think tank.” He was challenged and supported at the same time. That’s rare.

What’s rare is how well Quintus combines elite-level education with actual human care. It didn’t feel corporate or cold. It felt personal.

At Quintus, I finally got to talk about things that matter, ideas, ethics, the future. We debated AI policy, designed a mini startup, and filmed a short documentary in the same week. It didn’t feel like a summer school. It felt like infinite possibilities.

You don’t often see programmes that strike the right balance between giving kids independence and providing structure. Quintus nails it. The students are treated like young adults, but always with support in place.

I came for the medicine programme, but I left with a new love for culture, for people, for cities I never thought I’d see. It’s wild how much happens in just a couple of weeks. It’s like you live a whole extra life.

Sending our 14-year-old overseas was a leap of faith. But the team was in contact before, during, and after, including a full parent info session before departure. That meant a lot.
