“My daughter has a severe nut allergy, and I was terrified sending her away. But the staff’s rigorous allergy protocols were incredible. They trained every team member and ensured cross-contamination was impossible. During meals, they made a point of checking with her personally. What impressed me most was their transparency; they even walked me through kitchen procedures before my daughter started. It’s not just about safety, it’s about trust. We felt fully confident, and our daughter thrived in a safe, nurturing environment”

“Our daughter has social anxiety, and I worried about how she’d cope. The welfare staff were trained to support mental health issues, and they worked closely with her to create a plan. They offered small group activities first, then gradually helped her engage more confidently. They also communicated frequently with us, which was a huge relief.
