“From day one, my daughter was encouraged to take initiative and lead discussions. The confidence boost was visible in just weeks. This wasn’t just about leading others but learning to lead oneself. The mentorship was outstanding; the mentors nurtured every leadership skill patiently. She learned to listen actively, communicate clearly, and make thoughtful decisions. The real-world leadership challenges prepared her for university and beyond. I saw her grow emotionally and intellectually, developing a strong sense of responsibility. “When I first arrived, I was unsure about my leadership potential. Over the weeks, the workshops and real-life challenges pushed me to step out of my comfort zone. I learned how to listen actively, encourage team members, and resolve conflicts calmly. Leadership here isn’t about being the loudest, but about inspiring trust and respect. The mentors modeled these qualities, and I tried to emulate them. Through collaborative projects, I discovered that effective leadership means balancing empathy with decisiveness.
