I was impressed by how well staff managed allergies across shared dining spaces. My daughter felt heard and secure at every meal.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Abigail, for such a thoughtful note, When it comes to allergies and dietary needs, there is no room for guesswork, and we are so glad your daughter felt both heard and safe throughout, Behind each shared dining moment is a carefully coordinated effort between our kitchen teams, programme leads, and student support staff, Ensuring each student can eat with confidence is not just a safety protocol, it is part of the respect and care we strive to show every learner, always.

Our room had a little card on the door with emergency numbers. It made me feel protected.

We truly appreciate your kind words, Georgia, for sharing something so simple yet meaningful, That small card on the door reflects a larger mindset that runs through everything we do at Quintus, We believe peace of mind is just as important as academic inspiration, and thoughtful touches like that are part of how we care not only for students’ growth but for their comfort and confidence too, Feeling protected allows students to stretch, explore, and thrive, and that is exactly what we hope to create.

They noticed when someone was off their game emotionally. Just noticing, that matters.

My child had never flown alone. We were terrified. Quintus walked us through every step. They arranged an airport pickup with a sign and a smile. My daughter texted, “It’s all good.” And from that point forward, it really was. We got photos, we got messages, we even got video clips during activities. At no point did I feel I’d made a mistake sending her. I only felt proud.

We almost didn’t send our daughter. She’s shy, sensitive, and usually hates change. But Quintus was recommended by a friend. We took a chance. From the first email, we felt included. From the first video call, we felt reassured. And by the end of week one, we had a child who was thriving in a setting we thought would scare her. It wasn’t just the safety procedures that impressed us. It was how warmly they implemented them. Our daughter mentioned how her houseparent knew when to give space and when to check in. That balance of trust and responsibility was incredible.

Thank you for letting us know how we did, Isla, for opening up about your journey and your daughter’s transformation. We understand that sending a sensitive child into a new environment can feel like an enormous leap, which is why we work so intentionally to build trust from the very first interaction. Our team believes that emotional attentiveness is just as vital as academic challenge, and your daughter’s experience reflects exactly what we strive for, a setting where each student feels safe enough to grow and supported enough to shine. We’re truly grateful you took that chance with us.

Our daughter has autism. I’ve never felt more supported by a summer program. They adapted everything she needed and never made her feel different.

At Quintus, we believe that true confidence grows from knowing you are in safe, steady hands, even in unexpected situations. My son had a minor allergy, and I was nervous. But the staff handled everything perfectly, from dining hall awareness to sending daily texts to reassure us. That care made all the difference. It wasn’t just lip service; it was active, present vigilance. He said he never once felt like a burden. That’s huge for him. Quintus understood the emotional and physical needs of teenagers so well, it shocked us. We’ve done other summer schools. None compare. The transparency, the regular check-ins, even the way they trained the students in basic safety measures, it made us feel truly respected as parents.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts, Amelia, for sharing this experience. Moments like these remind us that true care extends far beyond the classroom. Our team is trained not just to respond, but to reassure, because we know how much trust it takes to send your child away from home. Replacing your daughter’s medication quickly was the practical part but keeping you informed and at ease was just as important. At Quintus, we believe excellence in education begins with excellence in care, and your story reflects exactly that.

Our son has a history of asthma. The team carried his inhaler details on them and knew how to use it. Thankfully they didn’t need to, but we slept better knowing.

At my school, I don’t usually talk to teachers much. But here, my tutor asked every day how I was doing. That small daily check-in made all the difference. It felt like someone had my back, even when nothing was going wrong.
