“I thought I was going for academics, and don’t get me wrong, the medicine course was insanely detailed, but it was the other stuff that surprised me. Laughing over dinner in a centuries-old hall. Exploring city streets with friends. Crying on the last day. You don’t expect it to feel like a second home. ________________________________________”
