“I paid one month of subscription and without my permission they took double amount of the second month subscription from my bank account. I send them a message, and they replied, telling that will refund the amount and close the account and after some time they sent me a new message apologizing that they cannot return the money to my account. So in Short word if they are not honest in their words, it's bad very bad. I got with them a very big deception. They bild this plateforme forme " académie" not to teach people but only for money.”
“They don't make it clear when you purchase that it is a subscription! I paid 6.99 USD for one week. But then was renewed into a month's worth subscription for 39.99 USD!
The fact that it will be renewed was written in light grey at the bottom, which was absolutely not the way you showcase an information when you want to make it clear and visible.
Furthermore, they do not give a refund based on their terms and conditions.
The problem is, however un-attentive a customer can be, the ethics of this is just deplorable! Your customer based should be an audience who is genuinely choosing to be there, not people who got coerced into a subscription for a course.
This is not how you build success or a company, but I guess they will see that eventually.”
“The customer service is terrible. Be aware of the high charges and very restrictive refund policy.
They will not honour any refund unless you complete 21 days of training within the 30 day cooling off period.
I did not realise that I was even in a 30 day period as I did not realise I was in a subscription. So I was unable to fulfil their ‘one and only’ way to get a refund as I’d never logged into their platform (as I didn’t realise I was in a subscription.
So £49.99 that I have never consciously authorised or used a product and they refused to refund me.
Terrible customer service.
Any reputable company that had a product that was worth the money, in cases like this, would honour a refund. They have the facilities to know their product hadn’t even been accessed past my one and only login.
Very disheartening. Very disappointed.”
