“I recently made a claim on my insurance to have my car windscreen replaced as it was badly cracked following loose stones being thrown up by a passing lorry. After my claim had been completed and a new windscreen fitted, I intended to replace the car with a new one. When I went to insure it through quotemehappy.com, they refused to insure me for no other reason than that I had made a claim on my insurance! Apparently, this is standard practice by this company which I find bizarre and extremely offputting. Needless to say I wont be insuring my new car with them or indeed ever taking out any insurance policies with this company again in the future, and I certainly would not recommend them to any potential insurance purchaser. Avoid at all costs.”
