I was contacted the day after by a lovely fella from a broker and within a hour I had my funeral planned and my payments initiated. I was given the opportunity to ask as many questions as I wanted - he very patiently explained everything to me and was as concerned as I was that I got everything I wanted for my funeral. Thank you”
