“I DID NOT WANT OR ASK FOR A CALL TELLING ME THAT I WAS BEING RECORDED. I WAS SIMPLY AFTER A QUICK QUOTATION GUIDE. AS AN ELDERLY PERSON THE LAST THING I WANT IS PEOPLE TRYING TO SELL ME SOMETHING OVER THE PHONE, I WANT TO BE ABLE TO READ AND DIGEST THINGS!”

“THIS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN THE RIGHT NAME - I MADE THE INITIAL ENQUIRY, YET YOU PHONED AND ASKED FOR MY HUSBAND, THE POLICY TAKEN OUT IS IN MY NAME ONLY. HOWEVER, THE ACTUAL SERVICE WAS REASONABLE ALTHOUGH I HAVE RECEIVED THIS REVIEW REQUEST BEFORE THE PAPERWORK, SO IT IS SOMEWHAT WORTHLESS”
