“I was not expecting to have to talk with a representative so quickly after I made my request for a free quote . I never feel easy talking to people on a phone and usually feel pressured to make a decision before I am really ready to do so . This was not the case on this occasion . The representative was friendly and efficient . She put me at my ease and never once made me feel that I had to decide or do anything unless I was absolutely sure I wanted to . I would have no hesitation recommending this service to family and friends . And I am 100% satisfied with the service and my policy . I was also given a contact number in case I wished to make changes in the future ..very happy with this service”
