“The gentleman who carried out the exercise was not only very polite and efficient, but when I asked him to phone back at another time ,he did so as requested we complete acceptance and remained patient and not at all pushy. Such a change from many people carrying out similar work. The very fact that he tried a different Insurance company to try and get a different quote to discover the first was the best proves to me that it a very good service.”
