“Seriously the advisor that helped me was awesome full of energy and made me understand everything step by step she didn't rush a thing. Really enjoyed the experience and would definitely be telling friends and family about the service and the great help (Charlene was my advisor very helpful)”

“The advisor Fran was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. The choice of policy options was clearly explained and the process went smoothly. The only thing that lets this company down is the amount of time spent on the phone, 59 minutes?? It would have been far better and more convenient if the medical questionnaire could be sent out for completion. There was a lot of unnecessary question duplication!!”
