“the person I spoke to was very friendly and answered all my questions so I understood exactly what to expect, by the end of the discussion, it seemed as if I had made a new friend as we didn't just talk about the policy. The call lasted nearly an hour, but perhaps that was my fault for going off track a few times! She was a very good person to talk to about a sensitive subject.”
