“I used this service the other day, you enter your details online and I was hoping for a quote to be shown instantly online. However it said someone would phone me and my heart sank. I thought 'oh dear here we go instant hard sell' I thought I would not answer the phone. however one of my family answered so I had to speak. I found myself talking to a very pleasant young man called Steve. He was not at all pushy and listened to what I wanted and what I had and then got back to me with some quotes. I decided on a life insurance policy and it was all very straight forward. Steve explained exactly what I would be covered for , gave an choice of optional extras which I decided against as it raised the premium too much. There was no hard sell, he accepted that straight away. All in all a good experience. I would recommend them.”
