“OK.. so that was incredibly easy. Ethan on the end of the phone was a rock star, friendly, informed and professional. Although I normally avoid companies/contact like this like the plague this has made me reconsider - I got exactly what I wanted, at a very good price, in about 15 minutes of conversation. Result. Job done.”
