“If there had been an excellent category I would have chosen that. Ben was exceptionally helpful with the information he provided regarding taking out a policy. He was concise and accurate in his communication and very professional at all times whilst also being friendly and amenable, making the whole process very satisfying. He took time understand what I was looking to achieve from my policies and took time explain all my queries to my full understanding, for which I was grateful. I was given a first class service and have got two policies which meet my needs exactly. Would not hesitate to use your services again and would happily contact Ben directly. “Spoke to Ethan who took me through the necessary questions and provided quotes from 3 different providers. Process was quick and easy. He provided a quote which was a bit over budget but with a few tweaks brought it within affordable premium. Whole process took about 15 minutes and cover was instant which surprised me as others were requiring a full year qualifying period.”
