“This policy has been cancelled due to the fact I was misquoted by the adviser and the actual Policy did not match his quote. Left me feeling extremely nervous of continuing as I lost my confidence in the agent.”

“Very good, for a start it was someone that was/spoke English. No offence but when dealing with something this important you need to understand every word and tone of voice, and I did. Jamie was fantastic and it was like speaking to a mate down the pub. A brilliant initial point of contact and the features of the plan I bought were very good as well.”
