“I was able to input my details into the website and was rung back regarding my query the following day. Unfortunately I was at work and unable to answer my mobile. No messages were left, so it wasnt until two days later that I actually spoke with anyone. When I did, the lady I spoke with was friendly and easy to talk to. It took about 30-40mins on the phone to give her the required info for my husband and I, but it was a positive outcome as we were able to find Life Insurance cover for both of us.”
