“Austen was so helpful! Knowledgable and very patient with me. I didn’t feel at all stressed or pressured, these things really do normally stress me out. Austen was a pleasure to speak to and I’m very thankful I’ll be saving around £15 pm now for like for like insurance. Very happy customer. “After my initial online enquiry, I was called by a very polite gentleman who listened to my requirements and gave options of policies that would cover me. He looked for the best deal for me and explained in detail how the policy would work. All the relevant paperwork was emailed to me to check and confirm. I have since received the policy from the insurers that I chose to cover me. Any easy and reassuring way to find cover.”
