“I could not fault Louis in the help and support he provided me over the last couple days ensuring I felt comfortable taking out my life insurance to cover my family if anything ever happened. Nothing was too much trouble and our telephone call was so relaxed informative. Was like a friend to a friend conversation. I feel so much better knowing now Iv covered the best for my 2 daughters if anything were to happen. Thank you for all your help Louis I really appreciate your time and patience with me the last couple days and my noisy girls down the phone. Kind regards Laura”

“I was contacted with regards to additional life policy coverage, , I was called back by a consultant Raz who was very professional in advising which policy would cover me for the value of £200.00. Due to my medical issues, the Insurance company would not offer me cover, but Raz explained the reason why, and then offered me another policy that fitted my medical requirement. Very Happy”

“I was looking for Insurance and had seen this firm advertised. I applied on line and was called 30 minutes later by a very nice young man, who went through all different companies that deal with Insurance. Everything was explained carefully and clearly and in a very pleasant tone. No pressure or opinion on either the amount I should take out or on which company I should go with,he also gave me time to ask questions and was very thorough in his questioning and explanation of the T&C`s. It was a pleasure to deal with Philip, who also said if there was anything I was not sure of, then to phone on the Customer Number he gave me. I will certainly recommend your Company to my Family and Friends. yours sincerely, Miss M Brown.”
