“Received one call ( which i can not understand as it is only building insurance ) when they rang i was busy with a customer and asked if they could ring me back in ten minutes, four hours later i rang them and was kept on hold for over fifteen minutes, when i did get though i was told someone would CALL ME STRAIGHT BACK, which they did THE NEXT DAY. she went though the information i gave on the web site, then said she will get the quote and ring me straight back ( next day guess what still waiting, don't know how these companies stay in business. malcolm”

“Company called Caravan Guard phoned & I had to repeat all the information to them that I had already input on your site. I was then put on hold for several minutes & then told that they could only provide a quote if I kept my vehicle garaged overnight !
Anybody got a garage big enough for a 3 metre high x 7 metre long motorhome ?
