“After taking the time to enter all your details, you are then advised that you will be contacted in person with your quotes. I have since been called by 2 companies, one who confirmed who i was and what i wanted and said they would transfer me to a the quotes team, i was placed on hold for 2 minutes and then cut off. The second caller again confirmed who i was, but when they found out that i did not have a taxi license yet said they couldn't provide a quote without one.
I found the whole process very frustrating and a total waste of time.”

“As with other reviewers I found the endless subsequent phone calls for the rest of the required information annoying. The site should list upfront all questions that will affect the quote. There should be an option for e-mail contact only.
There's an implication that you can compare quotes quickly - not until you've spoken to endless salesmen, remembered to get all the answers consistent, and waited for e-mails or more phone calls. Supposed to 'save time for busy lives' - I think not.”

“I was absolutely bombarded with telephone calls from insurance brokers after completing the form. One company in particular was doing the 'very hard sell' on me and wanted me to agree to his policy straight away. Other companies wanted to go down the list of questions again, asking for the same information that had been completed on the form - what was the point of filling in the form? I don't think I will be using this company again unless they filter who they give my details to and have stricter guidelines for the brokers they recommend - it seemed like a free for all !!”

“Very disappointing as I searched what appeared to be an instant quote system then last minute informed me I'd receive calls instead: which I could of handled had I not then been harassed like I was being grieved by a jealous ex girlfriend (upto 6 phone calls from one company all before 1145 am ) averaging 3 calls from 5 companies all between 9am and 12 pm in the afternoon out of principle when they rang back again around 1230 I sent them all packing as I don't appreciate being harassed. I've since taken cover with direct line for less than £100 which according to one of the callers I dismissed was to cheap. One caller ( 024 7643 7648) even had the cheek to try to tell me that what did I expect? And that is what sales teams do. Having been in sales and marketing and direct b2b and prior to that direct professional Sales all my I had a few views on this response and to the credibility and professionalism of the companies calling. Poor service shame as had I recieved a call rather than several calls from several companies in what I can only assume is a fairly busy time for most people I would have been receptive to there conversations”
“I had lots of people trying to contact by phone, I also had emails only a couple with actual quotes all the others just saying they've been trying to contact me. Of the quotes when I rang the companies - none actually gave me the quote in my email. Apparently the site doesn't use the same criteria as the insurance companies. waste of time. I the rang 2/3 companies directly got quote and insurance.”
