“This company is a scam! After experiencing scam from quotex, I was initially disheartened and frustrated. However, thanks to the quick and efficient assistance from alexandererickson209, gmail, c0m I was able to successfully retrieve my money. I advise you to not trade with quotex. Don't get swayed by all the good reviews you see. They are not true.. It's somehow bot generated.”

“Actually from last day to know am regularly waiting for there response because as i added money there but there is only one thing showing which is zero and I asked customer support but they still I dont know why not responding and first time when we verify account they reply quickly but now they are taking much time and not showing any results for deposit”

“I have bad experience on the refunds. They delay it more than a week. In the support, they inform with in 3-5 days but unfortunately its not thappen and they didnt know when exactly can do my refund.this broker not take it seriously and not try to help customer to solve it fast. Pls be carefull with this broker.”

“Dear Quotex Team, i am a Verified customer(used to be) to taking my verification all the sudden and unable to withdraw because i’m not verified anymore and they told me to send my passport with me in it and a paper written on it Quotex and the current date which i did after all that they told me it’s not available in your region without any refunds it happened to a lot of people. i contacted their support they say messages will be ignored! I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding recent issues with my account and the services provided by Quotex. I have observed that my account's verification status has been revoked, and despite previous verification and assurance of availability in Canada, I am now unable to access the platform. Additionally, I am troubled by the reported visibility into my account and financial details. To maintain trust and uphold a positive reputation, I kindly request a prompt refund of my funds. I believe transparency and clear communication regarding the unavailability of the platform in my country would have been preferable to the current situation. I trust that you understand the importance of customer satisfaction and the impact these issues can have on the reputation of Quotex. I urge you to address this matter promptly by processing the refund and providing clarification on the recent changes. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
