On the date 10/09/2024, I applied my money for withdrawal #407286****. After some time, it showed that my withdrawal was successful, but I didn't receive any amount in my bank account. Then, I contacted your support team and they told me the money would be credited to my account within 48hrs. However, after waiting for 11 days, they informed me that the withdrawal had been successful on their side. They provided me with the UTR no:- P254240****95564 and asked me to contact the bank and track this UTR number.
I went ahead and did as they instructed, but the bank informed me they couldn't find any transaction pertaining to this UTR number. They said if the money had not been credited in my account, it would automatically be refunded to the sender.
At this point, the support team requested a screenshot of an email from the bank representatives or screenshots of my correspondence with them on this matter. They recommended obtaining an official document from the bank -- either digital or physical -- on the bank's letterhead, and stamped.
I complied and sent them a screenshot of the email from the bank. They told me the information had been forwarded to the financial department and asked me to wait for correspondence via a support ticket in case of issues or for providing additional information.
Three days later, when I asked them for an update, they informed me that they needed an official letter from the bank with a stamp on it. They refused to accept any type of email screenshot, though they had requested it earlier.
I am extremely distressed as it has been 20 days since I applied for the withdrawal and the money has still not been transferred to my account. I have complied with every instruction of the support team. Why isn't the support team assisting me? They should also examine the transaction history from their side.
