“I completed a card collection promotion on Rabona which clearly stated a €1000 reward upon completion.
I successfully finished the collection and immediately provided all requested screenshots and proof to their support team. Despite this, several days later I still have not received the €1000 credit.
Customer support repeatedly replies with generic messages such as “the relevant department is checking” or “the issue is being reviewed,” but they refuse to provide any clear timeframe or proper explanation.
Today they finally admitted that the issue is affecting multiple players and that nobody has received payment yet, which confirms that the problem is on their side and not due to missing proof from me.
At this point:
* the collection was completed,
* all evidence was submitted,
* support acknowledged the issue,
* but the promised reward still has not been paid.
I am posting this publicly so other players are aware of the situation and to encourage Rabona to resolve these unpaid rewards transparently and quickly.”
