“Honestly very skeptical as a first time driver but I've got to hand it to them, they've been really good. Telematics easy to stay on top of and no problems so far or snotty post through the letterbox.
A couple of improvements however would be how long it takes them to answer the phone and also having to pay £30 to them for the privilege of changing my number plate, considering how much it cost for insurance and the plate, this just seems unnecessary.”
