Stay away from this company.
They sell products online but then make returns extremely difficult, even when the item is in perfect conditions but opened .How am I supposed to check a product of this nature I buy online if I can’t even take it out of the bag without risking problems with a return?
They rejected the return, and on top of that applied restocking fees and deductions that made the refund almost worthless.
They do not seem to respect customer rights, and their terms and conditions are overly strict for an online retailer. They completely fail to take into consideration the expectations that come with selling online.
In truth, they don’t even bother to respond properly when customers raise concerns, often replying with arguments that only work against the customer’s position rather than trying to resolve the issue fairly.
I would definitely recommend buying from another company instead.
On top of that, the treatment I received over the phone from Joe was very poor and unkind.
