I recently purchased a Radiance One and when I press the Up level of choice I can feel the vibration on my skin , but no heated flash of red appears. I have tried multiple times and it's the same every time, just light vibration but no red flash. I need to know if this is the way it's supposed to react? Thank you, Mary Lynn Anderson

Hello I need to replace radiance one hand set. I have it for about 2 weeks and it was working great. Now it is not functioning properly. No heat or vibrations in 3 of the settings. I loved using it.
